According to the Islamic Republic of Iran News Network Television, President Ahmadinejad said Iran is willing to speak with any country except for Israel.
The president during a televised news conference was quoted as saying,
"I've said this before: We're a nation that favors dialogue. We favor rationality. Throughout history, the Iranian nation has never violated any nation's right. In the history of the Iranian nation, there is no record of attacking others, transgression against the rights of others. It's the same now. Now, too, in conditions of equality, we will discuss different subjects with everyone - except the Palestine-occupying regime. But in conditions of equality. There is no ban on the principle of dialogue."
